INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Customs Duties, VAT and Import Taxes

We currently offer shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom.

Kindly note that international deliveries may incur customs duties, import taxes, and VAT, as determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid at checkout and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or local customs authorities prior to, or upon, delivery.

Atelier Savéa has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount, as customs regulations vary by country and are determined by local authorities based on product classification, declared value, and applicable tax thresholds. Atelier Savéa is not responsible for any additional customs charges, import duties, VAT/GST, courier clearance fees, or delays caused by customs processing.

If a shipment is refused or customs charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned to us or abandoned by customs.

Production timelines vary depending on the piece. All Atelier Savéa creations are made to order, with the estimated production timeframe clearly stated on each product page. We kindly invite you to review these details carefully prior to placing your order.
