Cancellation and Refund

Each Atelier Savéa piece is individually handcrafted to order, created specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted. This policy applies to all pieces.

While we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds, we are pleased to assist by issuing a credit note, redeemable exclusively on www.ateliersavea.com. Credit notes may be used toward a future purchase and are issued at our discretion.
